Where do we begin? First of all\u2026..welcome to the new and improved Madd Hoss Jackson webpage!! In an effort to keep all of our fans informed on all things Madd Hoss, we got together with our good friend Kenny Yu of Netmonk Creative Design (who designed our album artwork) and asked him to give us a sharp looking webpage and he\u2019s done it!! Thanks Kenny! We hope all the new content will keep everyone wanting more.<\/p>\n
Anyway, we would like to give you some updates\u2026\u2026 First of all, the new album is doing very well and receiving positive reviews from all over the country. We actually began working with an independent radio promotions representative in Nashville in an effort to find out how the album would do in areas of the country that are as of yet unfamiliar with Madd Hoss Jackson. The reviews have been 100% positive and the album is literally being played from coast to coast! This will bode well for us with all the people we\u2019re meeting.<\/p>\n
In October we played for the first time at The Dawg House Saloon in Nashville. We had bad luck with the weather (severe thunderstorms and tornadoes all around Nashville that day) so some of the movers and shakers looking at us were reluctant to leave their home and families which of course we completely understand. But, we hit it off BIG time with the staff and management at The Dawg House. We literally have found a home in Nashville where we can play as often as we want. That\u2019s hard to do in that town. Nick Bennett the manager was kind enough to pen us a very flattering review that was sent to all the industry people who missed our show and we\u2019re getting requests to play again so they can come see us. That\u2019s awesome! We\u2019ll let everyone know when we set the next date.<\/p>\n
Also in October our agency, Variety Attractions, asked if we wanted to move into some new areas and of course we said yes. Variety has been booking us all over Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, and Wisconsin for several years now and this January we will be showcasing in Indianapolis, IN and Minneapolis, MN for their state\u2019s annual county fair conventions! That will put us in 7 states next year. ROAD TRIP!<\/p>\n
We have a great winter coming up and we are excited we are finally breaking into the St. Louis area at Maggie Malones in Wentzville, MO and the Kansas City area at The Cross-eyed Cricket in Warrensburg, MO. Also, don\u2019t forget to join us at Bootlegger\u2019s in the Lake of the Ozarks for New Year\u2019s Eve! It\u2019ll be cold for awhile but it\u2019ll be fun!<\/p>\n
That\u2019s the bulk of the big news right now but we\u2019re having conversations with some pretty important people and being considered for some pretty big opportunities so stay tuned!<\/p>\n

Pack a cooler and bring some snacks since it is BYOB! Then on Saturday, it\u2019s the return of Madd Hoss to the October Moon Barn Dance. Food and drink will be available at this show. \nHey Madd Hoss fans! It\u2019s time for some updates. First and foremost, the new album! Everyone is asking when they will be able to buy it so we\u2019ll tell you what\u2019s happening. As many of you know, our music is all over the radio around here and we want to thank everyone who has been calling in. The music you\u2019re listening to is a copy of our master that our Nashville team sent us. Now, we have to synchronize our schedules together and have our photo shoot done for the album cover. We also have to go back and forth with our graphic designer with more photos and text to adorn the inside of the CD and the back cover. It\u2019s actually quite a bit of work, but it\u2019s fun. After we as a band and our Nashville guys sign off on the design, we will be ordering hundreds of copies of the CD to sell to all of our wonderful fans! We will give everyone a list of places where it is available on this website and on our facebook.<\/p>\n
\nWe just wanted to send out a great big heartfelt ‘Thank You’ for all the support and kind words that you all have shown us over the last few weeks. It really humbles us that so many of you are showing and sharing such enthusiasm for our upcoming trip to Nashville – we’re really looking forward to sharing the final product with you and hopefully many more people. More importantly, we’d also like to thank all of you that came out last Saturday night and donated your hard earned money to the Wounded Warrior Project – WE RAISED OVER $2700!! With that being said, be sure to join us at The Dock in Quincy this Saturday night for our ‘Nashville Kickoff Bash’.
